I realize that life could be categorized into these four—let’s say—zones.

First.

The Blooming Spring.

This is a zone where you can do something you know you've always loved doing since you were a little kid. Something you’re naturally good at, that makes you feel alive and passionate. One that anchors your soul and grounds your body. You gravitate towards them without second thoughts and it usually feels like home. No pressure—Only pure love, peace, and excitement.

Second.

The Bleak Autumn.

The mundane and safe zone—Something low pressure that you can do daily. One that is still inside your comfort zones but not so interesting to you. They usually feel flat, leaving you aching for more, but sure, it’s still very tolerable most of the time. And you usually do it, just because you need to do it. And not because you actually want to.

Third.

The Sweaty Summer.

Something you do that is a bit higher pressured, that is in the precipice of your comfort zone, maybe already out. But ones that make you grow so much at the same time. This can be a bit painful sometimes, but at the end of the day, they are usually always so worth the fatigue and exhaustion. You will thank yourself after going through this.

Fourth.

The Cold and Stormy Winter.

Something so excruciatingly sore and agonizing to not only your soul, but also your brain, your psyche, and your nervous system. Your body won’t lie to you, it knows when something is not right for you—it always does. It probably feels like you are on autopilot, being a side character in your own life, just silently waiting for it to finally be over.

Now, look at you.

What zone do you think you are in today? Or maybe this week? Or this month? Perhaps these past couple of years?

Locate yourself.

Not to be judgy and self-critical, but to factually identify where you are right now, to know yourself, to not lie to yourself, maybe also to hold your own hand for once.

Wherever you are now right now, it's okay. I always believe that people will always be in the right place in the right timing. Be it bad or good, life always goes as how we need it, not how we want it. Everything is a process. Yes, it might be emotionally or physically painful, perhaps.

But won't we be okay at the end?

I think we will be. And if we are not, it's not the end.

So, please keep going, loves.
